IBS No More!

I had IBS for 45 years. As the years passed, it got worse and with more pain. It seems it was related to the frequency and amount of “annatto” I was consuming. It took 45 years to figure it out. It is a food coloring from the seeds of the achiote tree, therefore, it is organic and no one pays attention to organic. Why not? Peanuts are organic! The only thing annatto does is color food. Why do you need to color Wishbone Italian Dressing? It makes American and Cheddar cheeses yellow, keeps Coffee Mate and ice cream from turning grey. Yale University published an article about my story. You can find a list of foods with annatto on my website; IBSNOMORE.COM. I have found quar gum and the other “gums” cause a reaction though not as severe. Same with carrageenan which is sea weed. “TOLS”, anything ending in tol, seems to have an affect, too.
