Is this online store reliable?

If the first order is a disaster, I prefer to move on and not waste time with support. This is why I like reading and posting on forums and community websites. That is why I sometimes leave comments myself when I test a new shop or product.

I also pay attention to return policy and customer service response time. I prefer simple designs that do not depend only on heavy filters in the pictures. For light summer tops I keep to my normal size to avoid a baggy look. I like when they mention whether the fabric has stretch or not, that detail matters a lot. I also think about how easy it is to track a parcel once it ships. I also check if the store explains how to measure PD and frame size clearly.
