My short review of an online shop

If they ignore basic questions or reply with copy pasted text, I become suspicious. Loose hinges make the glasses slide down the nose again and again. I also think about how easy it is to track a parcel once it ships. Of course shipping delays can happen, but good communication reduces stress.

I also check if the store explains how to measure PD and frame size clearly. For example, I compared cotton, polyester and mixed fabrics for similar clothing items. Clear product descriptions save time and reduce the chance of disappointment. Everyone has different expectations, but real photos and detailed comments are useful for everyone. A good store usually answers questions quickly and does not hide behind canned messages.
