I’ve been playing at Tenobet since about the spring, so I figure I have a fair bit of mileage to say something useful. Found it off a mate of mine who wanted somewhere with half-decent lobby depth without the usual affordability nonsense you get now on the UK licensed sites. Worth saying up front: it’s not UKGC licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, which will matter to some of you a lot.
Game selection’s pretty huge — somewhere around 3,500+ games going by the counter, and the providers that matter all turn up: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I grind Sweet Bonanza plus Sweet Bonanza, which both run fine in browser. Live side is Evolution, so you know exactly what you expect — actual dealers, Crazy Time if that’s your thing. They do sports as well, and it I’ve dabbled in for Premier League, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
On the sign-up offer is a 100% match to ?125 and 100 free spins, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 at deposit or it won’t trigger. Check the playthrough before depositing, the requirement is not the loosest to be honest. No no-deposit freebie as far as I can tell. For the current promos, they’re listed at tenobet casino reviews if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is ?10, registration took about three minutes.
Money side’s been generally fine for me. Cards work, Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have landed same day twice; cards were a bit longer. What did wind me up was the verification — it took 36-48 hours to clear my documents, so the first cashout sat waiting the whole time. Not dodgy, just a bit of a wait.
Few more things: they don’t have an app, so it’s browser only. It’s responsive enough on my phone though I do miss having one. Logging in is occasionally a bit slow in the evenings. Customer service at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, though the opening messages feel a bit scripted. Ask a specific question and someone competent turns up.
