    20 years ago I kicked IBS. I started using probiotics, vastly improved my diet with vegetables and fruit. Reduced my stress – backed away from an overloaded job. The IBS went away. I’m relaxed at work, drink my 8-8 oz of water daily, almost 100% vegetarian now. I’ve had food poisoning too and probiotics have always immensely helped with that. Take daily breaks, get out and walk and breathe. Listen to meditation music daily, green tea, and fresh food will cure you!
